I have a problem too, i have no access o the wifi, 3G, file explorer and googlestor too.
Then i am blocked because, i can't install bootstrap and do root ! i have no access to the MTP mode .
someone has maybe an idea ?

Not sure whether it works in the UAE but it works very well in other countries (most of the).

This is a ROM, so it will work anywhere.. But it seems some people are having problems with the update. So make a backup before trying this. And also make sure that you are on stock firmware, not on a ROM. If you are on a ROM or a leak, go back to stock firmware before trying this.

And why would you want to copy files to your internal storage? I haven't tried it...
