Steps to root your phone:
1.Download the Motorola USB drivers from here.
2.Install them on your PC.
3.Download the Doomlords rooting package from here.
4.Now extract the above package with winrar.
5.You will find two files in the extracted folder.
6.Now enable USB Debugging on your Motorola Droid Razr by going to Settings>Applications>Development and make sure that the USB Debugging check box is ticked.
7.Now connect your phone to your PC via a USB cable and make sure that the phone is kept in Charge Only mode.
8.Now go the folder where you extracted the Doomlords rooting package and run the runme.bat present in it.
9.Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the rooting process to be finished.
10.Your Motorola Droid Razr is now rooted.
